French Class
Elspeth our French teacher comes into the Nursery once a week to teach some of the children French.

Some of our children have recently:

• Visited Lochwinnoch RSPB reserve
• Gone on a trip to Glasgow Transport Museum
• Had a Teddy Bears Picnic for “Jeans for Genes”
• Had a visit from Zoolab ( a spooky Hallowe’en tale with lots of real animals)
• Enjoyed a busy Hallowe’en Party Day
• Had a Scottish day for St. Andrew’s day
• Had a visit from Toffee the rabbit
• Have regular visits from Rosie the Lakeland Terrier (we are learning how to care for her)

Our Christmas agenda was also full:

• Trip to the “Jelly Club” for a soft play party (2-3’s)
• An outing to “The Singing Kettle” (3-5’s)
• Nativity and Carol Concert (starring the 3-5’s then joined by 2-3’s and 0-2’s for songs)
• Traditional Christmas lunch with party hats and crackers
• Christmas Party for all the children including a visit and present from Santa!!
